Did you miss tickets to the Vogue Vintage Sale? Fear not because Vogue’s online website has converted into an archived vintage shopping opportunity.
For those of you high-fashion addicts, get your Prada dopamine fix now before it is too late. The VogueVintage Sale, an exclusive pop-up, took place on Saturday 29th March 2025 to give the magazine’s well-loved designer’s pieces a new source of life.
Perhaps you have saved some cash from selling your own worn items on Ebay or maybe you need retail therapy, but investing into high-quality designer pieces could be the way forward. Vogue’s editors have scouted for clothing with uniqueness and a designer label which are available to buy on Ebay.
All you need to do is browse the magazine’s selected pieces from Vivienne Westwood gingham print shirts to the iconic Paddington Chloé bag to snakeskin heels by Balenciaga, then click on the image and purchase your dream wardrobe through the Ebay.
With over 100 billion fast-fashion items being sold each year, we need to make a conscious effort to make sustainable choices. We know that fast fashion is poor quality and allows for trends to thrive, permitting landfills to pile up but have you ever considered the malpractice in the mass corporations. Fast fashion industries exploit their workers by paying them pittance for shifts that can reach up to 19 hours a day. It is time that we accept responsibility for our fashion choices.
Understandably a student loan doesn’t quite cover a student to rely on high fashion at retail prices. But I have rummaged the sale and here are my picks from the Vogue Vintage Sale for students on a budget.

It is super refreshing to see Vogue advocating for sustainable fashion choices with consideration of the price tag that often comes with quality clothing. And any item you purchase through the Vogue Vintage Sale, all net profit will be given to Smart Works, a charity that supports unemployed women in search of a career. The charity funds any training required, clothing and emotional care for women that reach out for help.
The Islington-based charity, initially set up in 2013, has supported and motivated over 40,000 women. In fact, in 2024 Smart Works was recognised as Google’s Charity of the Year. Vogue’s support of this charity is commendable and means that your purchases can fund women across the UK who are in need of extra confidence, training, and a professional wardrobe.
The pieces are selling fast so go and browse whilst you can. Share your up-cycled purchases on Instagram and tag @yesterdays_threads__ to keep us in the loop.
